Alright, Here's what I need. Something that will charge a 3.7v battery through micro-USB (without exploding) Also, it should cut off when the voltage gets too low on the battery to run the arduino/things connected to it. I also really need it to be able to read off a battery state (EG Full, Adequate and needs recharging, either through LEDs I coule solder to or an analog pin that could be connected to the arduino. Thanks!

(PS this is my first project involving a battery so I'm a bit uneducated in this area (: )
