Can I select a custom plan with more CPU, RAM, disk or SSD space?
We do not currently support the ability to create custom plans where resources can be increased independently. This means we cannot currently add additional SSD / disk space capacity to a plan.
The sizes that we provide logically bring resources together and allow us to most effectively distribute virtual machines across the backend.
-
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! We want to hear from you. Submit feature requests and suggestions on our User Voice site @devfeedback.uservoice.com. -
How does pricing and billing work?
Billing will begin once you provision your cloud server, and hourly billing based on actual usage will accrue up to the monthly limit for your cloud server selection. Your billing information will be kept on file, and you will be automatically billed on a monthly basis based on actual usage until you destroy your cloud server. -
Is there an additional charge for app installation?
No. All of our apps are available at no additional charge. You only pay for the compute you use with our pay-as-you-go billing.
