The child was sent to Israel by the Cyprus Government and the Cyprus taxpayer is covering all expenses for air ambulance and for the treatment.

Of course it doesn’t. (I will give instructions to the officials of my Ministry to use this line of argument the next time we seek to dispatch a patient to a hospital for special treatment. I don’t think it will work but it’s worth the try
)
