PubSub

The PubSub specification is produced by the W3C Social Web Working Group.

Background:

The current spec was imported from https://github.com/pubsubhubbub/pubsubhubbub
The working group resolved on 2016-09-23 (https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/2016-09-23-minutes#Pubsubhubbub) to publish the Editor's Draft as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) with the name "PubSub" (shortname: "pubsub")

Please make sure you commit changes to index.html. The content of fpwd.html is regenerated from index.thml.
