Meeting rooms are available along the balconies on both sides of Hall 1 for use as hospitality suites, offices or presentation areas only, with access via stairs from Hall 1.
The use of the space is restricted to the above-mentioned purposes and not for exhibiting products and access is restricted to invitation by the exhibitor only.

Meeting suites are available in Hall 15 for exhibiting companies, either 'ready-made' 16sqm units or bespoke 40sqm plus areas, all with power and lighting.

Shining a unique spotlight on this activity is the IBC Launch Pad. Reserved for first time IBC Exhibitors, this exciting feature of the IBC Exhibition, located in Hall 9, is your chance to stand out from the crowd.
RAI meeting rooms are available for exhibiting companies. These meeting facilities are located across the RAI in the G Rooms, The Elicium, near the Holland entrance and Amtrium. All rooms vary in size and price. These rooms offer exhibitors the chance to hold off stand meetings and presentations.
Please note that you have to be an IBC2018 exhibiting company to apply for a meeting room.
The hire fee of the room includes 1 x Screen and 1 x Projector. Refreshments and internet can be ordered from the RAI Exhibitor Services.
