I already paid for the app. How do I use my existing subscription with the new app?
Simply tap on Restore Subscription on the Subscription Options page. You’ll be asked to log in to your Google Play account to confirm your subscription. Assuming it is valid, you will then have full access to the new app.
I’m getting a message that my subscription has expired.
You may have been accessing the app as part of a free trial or you did not set your subscription to auto-renew. In either case, you will need to select a subscription option and purchase a new subscription to continue accessing the app.
Is the new app compatible with my device and operating system?
The new app supports devices running Android 2.3 – 4.4. To update your operating system, follow our instructions here or visit support.google.com for more info.

How much does the New York Post Android application cost?
Downloading the app is free and you will not be charged during the 30-day trial. Once the trial period expires, the credit card associated with your Google Play account will be billed for the length of the subscription you purchased. The cost is $9.99 for 1 month or $99.99 annually.
How do I get the latest issue to download automatically?
You can choose whether to have new issues download automatically. Go to Settings to change your auto-download options. Keep in mind that your device needs an Internet connection to download issues in the background. If you haven’t received the edition, you may want to check your device’s Internet connection.
The autodownload feature is not working for me. What do I do?
To receive the New York Post automatically each morning, push notifications must be enabled for this application. Please enable notifications under your Device Settings.
My downloads are too slow.
The strength of your cellular or WiFi connection may affect download speed, but so may your device. If you believe you have a strong connection, please try restarting your device.
Can I use the app on more than one device? Can I share my application with someone else?
You may use the app on multiple devices and computers associated with the same Google account. So, for example, if you have a device at work and a device at home and you use the same Google Play Store account on both, you can access the New York Post app on both with the same subscription. You cannot share the app with others using their own Google Play accounts.
How can I disable Auto-Renew or cancel my subscription?
