    U.S. Consent Decree

    Published: May 12, 2011
    On November 6, 2001, Microsoft entered into a proposed settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice and nine State Attorneys General, designed to resolve the remaining liability findings in U.S. v. Microsoft, CA No. 98-1232 (CKK) and New York, et al, v. Microsoft, CA No. 98-1233 (CKK). The proposed settlement was entered by the District Court on November 12, 2002 in the form of three Final Judgments. The Final Judgments expired on May 12, 2011.
