Galaxy S8 / S8 + Battery Life Thread

Posted by: gops2116 Last Post:21 hours ago SOT is tricky and I prefer to measure the usage instead. I do use the phone a lot to make calls. S8 gave me 3.5- 4hrs SOT with 90mins of calls and a total usage of 7-8hrs thru a 16hr day. My S8+ has been clocking 1-1.5hrs more with 90-120min phone calls and lasts upto 24hrs....

A lot of times you'll find out something shipped through there before you ever get shipment status. In this case I found out my vr shipped before I ever got tracking info from Samsung. My free vr showed up last night....

has anyone got Edge Lighting to work for alerts on an S8?

Also having issues with wireless charging working once or twice, then stops. Have to unplug/plug to reset and this happens on both of the chargers I have. I returned my S8+ for a new one under the Samsung reps advice. My new device worked perfect and low and behold, those same 3 issues came back...
