My thing is, teachers know this kind of stuff goes on and they turn the shoulder.

Not all of them. I'm working in a school where bullying is taken very seriously. If we had seen something like this happen, there would have been very severe consequences.

But stuff like this does happen in the MAJORITY of schools. There are bullies in every school. Some kids know how to talk to their parents about it, others hold it in.

It does. That age is a mean age. I'm happy to see the support he has gotten. MOST schools take bullying very seriously these days due to the lasting mental health repercussions and if his school isn't, the administration down should be called on the carpet about it.

I guess I’m old school.. I was bullied like Keaton. You know when it stopped? When I targeted THE main bully and beat the shit out of him and told him any time I was ever bullied again, I was going to fight back and focus on him.

I was bullied too, by students and a teacher. The school didn’t do anything about it. It messed me up for a long time, and like
@deubler said, I retreated in on myself. Not all kids have the personality to stand up for themselves. I didn’t. -
This was in addition to being called nasty names, and being the subject of vicious rumors. It pains me to see Keaton going through this, because I have been there, and it sucks. But he is a very brave young man, and the school should take action against these bullies.
