All cat face emojis are now front facing to better align with other
emoji set representations. Additionally, the star in the Vietnam flag
was increased in size to better match with the official flag.

…ng emojis

Includes additions to address gender equality, expanded professions,
increased skin tone support, family representations, and minor
modifications to some existing emojis.

Many of the additions included are based on the [Emoji 4.0 draft
spec](http://unicode.org/reports/tr51/proposed.html) and are subject to
change prior to ratification.

This change also moves the Twemoji version number to 2.2.

Don't ignore V2 files in bower.json (fixes #171)

Unicode has provided guidance on how flags such as the rainbow flag can
be implemented using exiting Unicode characters.

This update adds rendering support for the rainbow and pirate flags as
well as visual updates to the ‘back’, ‘soon’, ‘top’, ‘end’, and ’on’
emojis.

Add Twitter Color Emoji font to Community Projects

As discussed in #156 , developers that do copy and paste the MaxCDN link might have to wait up to 30 days for they users to download new assets and new RegExp.

Since we don't follow samever principle here, I've simply added a query string that would force eentually browsers to download the latest version of the library without compromising PNGs or SVGs cached assets and preserving functionality.

This adds the assets for the 72 new emojis from the Unicode 9.0 spec as
well as modifications to the bread, kaaba, and man in business suit
levitating emojis.
