Fantastic boot in true Frye style. I was hoping the slide on would work for me, but my shapely legs meant they weren't a good fit. Really great style, one of my favorites- I exchanged for the short bootie.

I've been wanting some Frye boots for years, but just couldn't bring myself to make the leap because of the prices. With the significant Frye sale going on at Zappos...these are the second pair of boots that I've ordered in the past week. I love these just as much as the other pair I ordered, and they'll fill a totally different gap in my footwear repertoire. These are badass with a feminine edge, and will look great with jeans, dresses, leggings. The worn-in look means I won't fret over every little scuff or ding. Comfortable right out of the box.

These boots looked beautiful online. However, once received they are heavy, bulky and stiff. They seem more like a mans boot.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE these boots so much!!! They are beautiful & so well made. They fit great and look so sharp. I hate to spend that much on boots but these are my second pair of Frye boots and they are comfortable and I am in love.

These shoe were purchased as gift. The receiver thinks they are very comfortable and cute but dislikes how pointed the toe is. She has not worn them as she is still considering returning them for a different style. She loves Frye shoes and thinks they are always well made and comfortable but the pointy shoe is not her style. The shoes are more pointy looking than the picture shows.

I should have listened to the previous reviewers that said these are beautiful but the fit is way off. The length was ok, if not a little short but the width is completely off. If you have super skinny feet then try these because they are gorgeous.

These are adorable! I didn't even up keeping them simply because the heel height was a little steep for me, but they were very very comfortable! I'm typical frye fashion, the leather was supple and drop dead gorgeous. I am 5'10", so that's the only reason I didn't feel comfortable with them for everyday...but if I had been looking for a "going out" shoe- these would have been perfect!!

They looked so good in the picture. The foot bed fit really well, however, the ankles are extremely wide. They cannot be tightened enough to overcome this (I suspect that because there is no give in the ankles tightening them would render you unable to walk in them). They are also really heavy. I have other Frye boots, and they do not feel like weights on my feet.

I purchased these in black in my usual shoe size. These are my first Fryes and I was very worried about the sizing, but I'm glad I did not size down. I have a medium to narrow foot with long toes and low arches and these are perfect with medium socks. I can go barefoot or wear thicker socks and my feet still feel good and supported, and not pinched anywhere. These aren't as stiff as I'd expected. Won't need a ton of breaking in because they are comfortable out of the box. I'm 5'4" and these fit fine in length. Not too tall. Are perfect. Love them and can't wait to wear them for the rest of my life. Lines are clean and are not too chunky, square or masculine. Are rather elegant! I bought these to commute to work in winter, fall and bad weather. My Uggs were too sloppy. These look cute with my ladylike pencil skirts. Very unexpected but I'm glad. I needed a good-looking and comfortable shoe that could work hard, keep me safe and still look sharp. They don't have that amazing leather smell but I don't care because they look and feel so good. Frye has always seemed to be consistent with sizing yet these boots are really narrow and a smidge too short. Even when I loosened the laces, I could barely get my foot into the boot and I have a narrow foot. Odd. I normally wear a size 8.5 so I am going to order the size 9.

These are beautiful boots. The footbed is a bit narrow and there is no room for inserts despite the lack of arch support. They are 8 hour max boots versus other fryes that I can wear 12-16 hours at a time. They take some breaking in and rubbed a blister on my heels and little toe - I've been wearing with thick socks to stretch them out

These boots are stylish and comfortable. Due to plantar fasciitis I use superfeet inserts which help with the support. There is plenty of room for the. These are my go to boots - dress them up or down.

I have a closet full of Frye's but needed a Low Heel boot with NO Zippers....Was glad to see Paige Tall in Black return this year and was well worth the wait! Great investment! I have high arches and needed a half size bigger to get on, but put an insert in and I'm good to go! Beautiful Leather! LOVE Zappos!!!

These are my 5th pair of Frye Boots. I have terrrible arches and I can wear Frye's with no foot pain right outta the box. I wanted a short boot with no zippers to fly thru TSA- I'm a Road Warrior and these things are VERY important! These fit the bill perfectly! Leather like butter... Love them! Love Zappos!

Beautiful boots but they run SUPER small. I couldn't even get my foot all of the way in them and 8.5 is typically on the larger size for me.

This is such a beautiful bag. Love the smell of the leather. Perfect "to go" bag as I like to call it.

SKINNY CALVES REJOICE! This is a gorgeous (!) boot. Typical Frye quality and the design is amazing. Most of all, I don't look like a fireman in them with at least an inch gap in the shaft. Def one for the smaller calves, but finally! Very happy w this purchase and coming back to see what other colors they had. Thanks Zappos! xxoo
