While the Qualified Associate exam is about memorization, Certified Professional is about applied knowledge. The more exposure and experience you have with using Tableau to solve a variety of challenges, the better off you'll be. I highly recommend all the community challenges.

Omg did it take a month to know the results? I would have killed myself after the 2nd week.

Yea it took 4 weeks. To be fair they did have a ton of exams to grade after TC. If I took it another time of year it may have only been 2-3 weeks

Congrats. Thats great :) I have also applied for the certification. Not so confident to take my exam yet. Do you have tips or material to share?

The best preparation for me was semi-regular participation in the Tableau community challenges. Getting outside of my Tableau comfort zone and being exposed to many different business scenarios played a key role in me passing the exam.

Do you mean makeover Monday and workout Wednesday? Or is there somewhere else to look too

Exactly, all of the challenges I mentioned above were great practice for the exam. Between TC17 and TC18 I tried to complete 3-4 challenges a month and posted them all to Tableau Public and Twitter. Viz Review for Makeover Monday is a fantastic way to get feedback too
