@JudahAriGross very true. But Odeh could hold the state to a higher standard instead of a nonexistent one. -
@acandidworld Far as I know, no one's been charged w/ excess force in this terror wave. I can understand seeing the standard as nonexistent. -
@JudahAriGross what about the one in Beersheva? (Honestly not sure re status.) And it's not excessive force if the threat is gone - ಇತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ

@acandidworld Beersheva, yes, but that was a totally different kind of incident. True, I should've said unnecessary, I guess, not excessive -
@JudahAriGross maybe it seems like semantics, but legally these things are different. The "extrajudicial execution" label is wrong, imo -
