If you place your mouse over a dragable marker you can drag it around as long as you don't wait for the tooltip (title) to come up first.  If the tooltip comes up and you drag it, the marker is lost and the map can uncontrollably and endlessly pan if you try to re-grab the marker.

Apparently I can only get this bug to happen with FireFox 4.  Chrome, IE, Opera do not exhibit this problem.
