How do I add a VAT ID to my account for Vimeo Plus, PRO, or Business renewal?
If you are VAT exempt but live in a country where Vimeo collects VAT, you can enter a VAT ID while making new purchases.
If you’ve already made a purchase without a VAT ID and you want an exemption to be applied to your Plus, PRO, or Business renewal, you’ll need to add a new payment method to your billing settings and delete your old billing methods.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to Vimeo and visit the Payment methods tab of your Billing Settings.
2. Click the X to delete any saved credit cards that aren’t currently being used for renewal.

3. Click + Add a new card
4. If you select a country where Vimeo collects VAT, a link will appear that says, "Have a VAT ID?”

5. Click “Have a VAT ID?,” then enter and validate your VAT ID.

6. Click Add payment method
7. Now select the new payment method in the dropdown menu in the membership section.

8. Click the X next to your previous card in the Payment Methods area if applicable. (It should be the only one with the X next to it if you followed each of the steps above.)

How can I change my credit card or billing information?
You can change your billing or credit card information at any time in your Billing Settings. This is the place to go if you were recently upgraded to an American Express Black Card. Congratulations.
Can I renew my Plus or PRO membership before the auto-renew date?
Absolutely! Just log in to your account and head to vimeo.com/cart/plus if you're a Plus member, or vimeo.com/cart/pro if you're a PRO member, and click Place Order. Your new membership will kick in automatically once your current membership ends.
How can I cancel the auto-renew for my paid membership?
We get it — you just love renewing manually ;) Opting out of auto-renew is easy. Just log in and head to vimeo.com/store/optout.
My Vimeo PRO membership is about to expire. What should I do?

Which of my videos will I lose access to if my membership expires?
If your Plus, PRO, or Business account expires, you will keep any videos you uploaded as a Basic member but you may lose some of the videos uploaded during your subscription.
For videos uploaded during your paid membership, you will be able to keep the most recent 10GB that you uploaded.
Any videos that exceed this limit will be boxed up and moved to our archives for up to one year, starting with your earliest videos (the videos you first uploaded to Vimeo), and will no longer be viewable by you or anyone else.
If you are opted out of auto-renew and your account is expiring in the next 30 days, you can visit this page to see which videos are at risk. (Note that the list will change if you upload more videos before your expiration date.)
To keep all of your precious videos, simply renew your membership now.

How do I save and manage cards to use with future purchases?
When you purchase a Plus, PRO, or Business membership on Vimeo, your payment method is saved automatically. If you purchase a title through Vimeo On Demand, you may choose to save your card to speed up your next transaction. Check the box next to "Save card for future purchases” after entering your card information and Vimeo will remember it for next time.
When you use a saved card for future On Demand purchases, you will be required to enter your Vimeo password before completing a purchase.
You can connect up to 10 cards to your Vimeo account by going to your Billing Settings and clicking, "Add new card."
If you’d like to remove any saved payment methods, the process is simple! As long as the card you’d like to delete is not set up with auto-renew, then you should see a small gray “x” to the right of it in the list. Clicking on that “x” will remove the payment method entirely. If the card you’d like to remove is set up with auto-renew, you’ll simply need to opt out (vimeo.com/store/optout) before you’re able to remove that payment method.
To switch which payment method is being used for your Plus, PRO, or Business renewal, navigate to the Membership plan tab of your Billing Settings and choose the desired card from the dropdown menu.
