Bangon died suddenly.

Airlocked is doing ok considering.

Mr. Roboto is great. Little crack head he is.

Bomber is good. Her obedience is coming along nicely, and I started her on tracking. She did well considering it was her first and only track. Lost track three times, but she quickly found it again. I think she likes tracking. She didn't want to stop.

She was fostered for me for my Birthday toward the end of April. She's approximately 1 to 2 years old. Bomber comes to work with me every work day - Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM. I'm a daycare supervisor. For the most part she's with me 24/7.

working during the week, cooking on weekends. work is the same, which is good.

made homemade scalloped potatoes that came out yummy. of course the gf won't eat any potatoes that aren't scalloped out of a box. making homemade stuffed peppers again within the next two days. yum.

max is still kicking. has a tumor now on his right jaw. dude just keeps going like the energizer bunny. he's fighting microplasmosis and cancer. once or twice a week he falls asleep in bed with me. last time we slept for four hours straight. was nice. he gets whatever he wants to eat now.

Recipe I made myself... I love experimenting with food... Even if it comes out bad. Learn by your own mistakes. Not a low-fat meal. This is comfort food.

Christian's Homemade Baked Potato Soup:

1 cup (can't believe it's not butter)
6 baking potatoes (cubed)
3 carrots (sliced)
6 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 1/2 large onion (chopped)
48 oz of chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 TBSP cornstarch
Scallions
Sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Garnish with:
3 lbs cooked bacon in 1 inch pieces (crumble on top)
Sharp cheddar cheese grated
chopped scallions

Saute` onions, butter, and garlic in pot for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix broth and corn starch, then mix into pot with potatoes and carrots. Bring to boil, and cook till tender. Pour in cream and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish and enjoy.

My own recipe, and my first roasted chicken in the oven.

Opinion to come...

Note: My 1 and 1/2 hour chicken turned into a slow roaster (4 and 1/2 hours), because of my shitty oven. The chicken came out delicious, and moist. Boston Chicken runner up. Yum. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture. I was starving.
