Alan McIntyre is Accenture's senior managing director for Banking. He is responsible for the industry group's overall vision and strategy, investment priorities, offering development and supporting network of alliance partners. Mr. McIntyre has more than 20 years of experience working with clients in the financial services industry. Before joining Accenture in 2016, Mr. McIntyre was a senior partner in the Financial Services practice at Oliver Wyman. Prior to that, he was Oliver Wyman's managing partner for North America, responsible for its consulting business in the United States, Canada and Mexico. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Oliver Wyman Group's chief operating officer.

Massimo Proverbio is the senior managing director and global lead of Accenture Payment Services. Mr. Proverbio is responsible for defining the global vision and strategy covering payments, cards and digital payments. He is also the country-level Financial Services lead with responsibility for the banking, capital markets and insurance industries across Italy, Greece, Eastern Europe, Turkey and Middle East. Mr. Proverbio has helped clients by delivering large transformation projects, planning and implementing mergers and acquisitions and designing and implementing operating models.

Steve Pemberton is the managing director for Accenture Banking – Asia Pacific, and he has over 20 years of experience working with many of the large financial service companies in banking. His professional focus has always been on the shaping and delivery of business transformation for some of the world’s leading institutions. His engagements range from upfront operational strategy, through to the delivery of large and complex transformation programs with sizable business and technology components.
