You guys need to realise how easy it is to get a hold of a loan of that size these days, a good business plan and some determination is all you need.

Especially 2 young guys with no track record in business, little if any credit history, & a business plan for a business that probably would sound a little fanciful to a loan officer at that time, as no equivalent businesses existed.

right? in my neighborhood an extra garage space can easily be rented out for $300-500 a month. there are cheaper offices nearby. this attempt at a meme is a mess.

I do have a garage but with no rich parents I need to work a full-time job to pay for said garage and incidentals like insurance and medicine. Plus, ya know, it's a detached garage and who wants to walk outside to get to it?
