The defense attorney reviewed the footage 6 months later while the guy sat in jail? Incompetence all over this case. Down right disgusting.

This a reality for a lot of cases in Baltimore. This guy had a good defender. Some just push the deal and keep moving.

Good equates to reviewing the main piece of evidence 6 months after he sits in jail. That can't be the expectation of any defendant.

Public Defenders have incredible caseloads here. Most barely take the time to review anything. Cant blame the defender for that.
