When I drag the map on the iPhone multiple times the map jumps in a unpredictable way.

It happens with the simple map example in the API V3 documention.

This looks very similar to a bug we discovered internally.  After this issue has been
marked "Fixed", please verify and report back if it still exists.

Alternatively, if you reply back with a link to an isolated test case which
reproduces this bug, we can verify the fix as well.
