Feature: add support for drag-able routes Comments: Using the current GMaps functionality once a route has been calculated, it can then be dragged onto a different road, thus creating a fully customized route. One example for Firefox: http://maps.forum.nu/gm_driving_directions2.html but not as slick as the official GMap version. Requested by: Remab4

This feature is very useful. I'm building a system, users are desperately wanting this feature. At the moment I can only use work arounds, like adding some waypoints and get api to re-calculate the route. Please introduce it in near future. Thanks guys.

This appears to me to be essential, as it is the standard user experience with google maps. This is one of the major reasons I decided to use this API as opposed to another.
