Goldman Sachs, CPPIB Join the Hunt for SVG as Deadline Looms
U.K.-listed private equity investor SVG Capital has revealed it is in talks with a consortium comprising investment bank Goldman Sachs and pension giant the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board over a potential sale of the company’s investment portfolio.
