We have released a beta version of the Reporting Services Migration Tool. The tool is available for download at:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=29560
This tool essentially allows you to create a backup store of a native mode Report Server and then migrate that content to a SharePoint-integrated mode Report Server. Migrated content includes all report items (reports, shared data sources, models, shared datasets, report parts), along with associated metadata (shared schedules, subscriptions, history snapshots, etc.). We have released a beta version of the Reporting Services Migration Tool. The tool is available for download at:

This tool essentially allows you to create a backup store of a native mode Report Server and then migrate that content to a SharePoint-integrated mode Report Server.
