with kant, even when it gets complicated, you can sense he knows what he means. with peterson, as with less illustrious thinkers (hesse is awful about this), the really dense stuff is not only confusing but confused. just my two cents

the tweet banks on the ambiguity for its spicy virality, and this is the kind of thing he habitually does. if you call him on the latter point, he'll say he meant the former; if you suggest that's just a general truth about people (mad when cannot execute will), he'll be coy.

as usual with peterson the problem is he's not a clear thinker
if he's saying 'women who want to have kids but can't for societal reasons are outraged by this frustration' that's possibly true
