No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Cake (Chocotorta)

INGREDIENTS

500 g of cream cheese
500 g of dulce de leche
Sweet cocoa
Milk
300 g of milk (bittersweet) chocolate
300 ml milk cream
500 g chocolina cookies (chocolate cookies)

LET'S GET COOKING...

Beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until they fully integrate.
Prepare chocolate millk to soak the cookies in it.
Make a first layer of wet cookies.
On top pour a layer of the previous mixture of dulce de leche and cream cheese.
Repeat the procedure for 3 more times.
Refrigerate.
Make the granache: Boil the cream
Pour to a bowl containing chopped chocolate.
Reserve for 5 minutes.
Integrate the mixture.
Pour the mixture on the cake.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
