Pre-day trainings take place on Sunday, September 25 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM at the Georgia World Congress Center. Most pre-day trainings are setup classroom style offering hands-on learning so we encourage you to bring your own device to participate in the training.

Academic Faculty & Staff Discount Policy

Discount is only available to current, full time primary-secondary school (K-12), college or university employees. Please email [email protected] a scanned copy of your faculty ID prior to the event. If you do not provide documentation prior to the event you will need to do so onsite, which could delay the check-in process. Failure to provide the required documentation will cause the registration fee to increase to $2,220. Full payment is required prior to entry to the event.

Student Discount Policy

Discount is only available to current, full time college or university students. Please email [email protected] a scanned copy of your student ID prior to the event. If you do not provide documentation prior to the event you will need to do so onsite, which could delay the check-in process. Day Pass Policy

The Day Pass provides full conference access, including access to sessions, the Expo Hall, and meals provided in the convention center (breakfast, lunch, beverages) for the selected date(s) only. Day Passes are available Tuesday, September 27 through Thursday, September 29. No Day Passes are available Monday, September 26 or Friday, September 30. Day Passes do not include access to the attendee celebration.

Expo Only Pass Policy

The Expo Only Pass provides access to the Expo Hall for the selected date(s) only. Expo Only Passes will be offered for Monday, September 26 through Thursday, September 29 of the conference. No Expo Only Passes will be offered for Friday, September 30.

Register with a Provided Code

Register Another Person or a Group

Microsoft Ignite has a Group Manager option to help you create, manage and submit payment for multiple registrations or to register on behalf of someone else. To use this feature, click the “Register now” button to begin and you will see the option to “Register another person or group”. After creating your group manager account, you will be taken to your Group Manager Dashboard where you will have the ability to add new registrations, register yourself as a member of your group, and fully manage these records. If you have any questions, please contact the registration team for assistance.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration

All confirmed exhibitor and sponsor companies will receive special registration codes from the Sponsor and Exhibitor Management Team. These codes will be distributed after the company has been confirmed for their booth space. Please work with your internal contact responsible for your Microsoft Ignite booth space to obtain your registration code before you register.
