    we often design for a subset of use cases in order to launch an mvp quickly. if you think about it in terms of this diagram — quadrants are imperfect but can be useful — that leaves a *lot* of potential issues completely unaddressed. (s/o for stress cases et al.)

    I've heard a lot of people say webpack's popularity comes from "marketing," like some big company is behind it. There is no marketing, there's just speaking everywhere and answering everyones questions all the time.

    Advice for conf speakers: When someone you care for is speaking, sit in the first row. Be there for them. Laugh at their jokes, _actually_ watch the talk (Twitter can wait), make yourself visible for them. Be the audience you'd like to have, and next time you will have it.
