    I still spend about an hour a day disinfecting and I don't exist outside my home without a mask, but at least I'm not convinced each night that a necessary task for sure put my life in danger.

    This blog post changed my life. I remember being so upset with this lady standing at the door of the pharmacy without a mask. I thought I could walk through her breath and get COVID if she was infected. Turns out, it requires a bit more than that

    Today in therapy we talked about how (for those of us currently healthy and taking isolation seriously) right now we live in an infinite present. No future plans, no anticipation of travel or shows or events or celebrations. It’s an endless today, never tomorrow.

    I have anxiety disorder and no meds worked well till now. Propranolol, a beta blocker, reduces the heart's response to adrenaline (I think). Now, I rarely sweat at night or wake up with panic attacks. Today it's particularly noticeable. I usually have health anxiety but I don't👍

    For threat hunters: Scan for any file-based ports with either Get-PrinterPorts in PowerShell, or dump HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Ports. Any ports that have a file path in them especially ending in DLL or EXE should be investigated.

    Attackers can exploit CVE-2020-1048 with a single PowerShell command: Add-PrinterPort -Name c:\windows\system32\ualapi.dll On an unpatched system, this will install a persistent backdoor, that won't go away *even after you patch*. See for more details.

    Anyone know if Germany, France and the Nordics are selling surgical masks at grocery stores like Italy (€0.60) and Belgium (€1.00)? If so, what's the cost? Just found out that the Netherlands are not selling them yet.

    Paid a friend back for helping us during lockdown. Some euros plus surgical masks 😷 Thankfully, they are now available at grocery stores in Belgium: 50 for €50
