    Terribly stupid argument. 1) Babies of citizens are citizens. 2) Right to life is a human right. Right to enter the US is not a human right.

    If the Constitution doesn't apply to non US citizens, how could it ever apply to the unborn? No birth cert. No green card. No rights. Right?
