The Culinary Countdown menu will be offered Friday-Monday. The three-course meal ($40) includes choice of appetizers like charred corn ravioli; entrees like steak with glazed carrots and miso mustard; and warm chocolate cake for dessert.
Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen
Look for hearty specials served Friday-Monday, such as grilled steak chili topped with Cheddar, green onions and Chili Cheese Fritos ($8); and hickory-smoked chicken tostadas with Hatch chili fried beans, avocado and cowboy caviar ($12). Finish off the meal with the Ironwood Porter brownie ($7), topped with strawberry shortcake gelato or watermelon sorbet.
