The Israeli government has begun selling the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia #KSA information on how to develop #nuclearWeapons, according to a senior official at the Israeli military organization #iHLS (Israel’s Homeland Security).

Ami Dor-on, a senior nuclear commentator at the organization — which is partially funded by U.S. weapons-giant Raytheon – came forward because of his concern over the emerging nuclear arms race in the region.

The cooperation between the two countries in helping the Saudis to develop a nuclear weapons program is just the latest sign of their warming relationship, with #Israel recently calling the Saudi crown prince “a partner of Israel.”

Overseeing a top #nuclearweapons laboratory that has had #security and safety problems will be the responsibility of a new management team that includes two universities and a research firm that does work around the world, the U.S. government announced Friday.

A Royal Canadian Air Force McDonnell CF-101B Voodoo of 409 Nighthawk Squadron, based at CFB Comox on the ramp at Canadian Forces Base Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, back in 1982. Behind the big interceptor are a pair of Canadair CT-114 Tutors, the RCAF's advanced trainer at the time. The all-weather Voodoo was operated by the RCAF from 1961 to 1984, when it was replaced by the McDonnell Douglas CF-18 Hornet that still serves all these years later. The Voodoo's armament consisted of the nuclear Douglas AIR-2A Genie unguided air-to-air rocket, and the Hughes Aim-4D Falcon heat seeking missile. Although not common knowledge, Canada was well-equipped to deploy nuclear weapons at a time when the general population thought our main focus was peacekeeping. Canada's forces played a very important part during the Cold War.
