Legislation News: S.1576 - Representative Payee Fraud Prevention Act of 2015

S.1576 - Representative Payee Fraud Prevention Act of 2015 was introduced in the Senate by Senator James Lankford(R-OK) on June 15th, 2015.

The purpose of this bill is, "To amend title 5, United States Code, to prevent fraud by representative payees."

Bill Summary:

"(Sec. 2) Prohibits any person authorized by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to receive federal retirement payments on behalf of a minor or an individual of legal disability from embezzling or in any manner converting any amounts from such payments to a use other than for the benefit of such minor or individual.

Considers any willful neglect or refusal to make and file proper accountings or reports concerning such payments as required by law to be prima facie evidence ofthe embezzlement or prohibited conversion of such amounts.

Prohibits OPM from authorizing a person to receive payments on behalf of a minor or individual of legal disability if that person has been convicted of: (1) a violation of this Act, (2) fraud under the Social Security Act, or (3) misappropriation as a fiduciary under veterans' benefits provisions."

This bill was referred to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on June 15th, 2015 and passed in the senate on August 5th, 2015 by Unanimous Consent. It was received in the House on September 8th, 2015 and referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. It was ordered to be reported on July 21st, 2016.

The Congressional Budget Office has estimated that, "implementing S. 1576 would have no significant cost to the federal government. Enacting the legislation could affect direct spending and revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures apply. However, CBO estimates that any effects on direct spending or revenues would be insignificant."

Why aren't photo IDs required to vote? As a Californian, this drives me crazy. If I show up to vote and find out that I can't because someone else has already voted as me, I will raise the biggest stink possible.

In fact, does anyone know how I can request the details of the process whereby California is automatically registering driver license holders as voters? What safeguards (if any) are in place to ensure that only driver license holders who are American citizens are automatically registered?

NORSKK Pillaging Viking Culture: Porn, Fraud, and International Scandal

Friends, family, everyone else. The past few days, you've probably seen a few of my posts that rant a bit. Some of you may wonder why, some of you may not.

Below is a link to something that I wrote, uncovering all of it. It is my opinion of an organization that spends most of its time on Facebook. Some of my friends shared a "like" of this page, some still do. It's NORSKK, you can find them on Facebook, and at www.norskk.com (to start)

Since I started uncovering it, I have seen veiled threats from them toward me and my family, like Natalia, and Linda, and I even had someone show up at my house. I have involved the FBI and I am working with them on this very serious matter, but I know people who are still stuck, believing what these people say. Doing what they tell them.

With a lot of hard thought and contemplation, I have decided to release what I found, and my opinion publicly. This organization has over 30,000 followers on Facebook, and people signing up and buying products from them still. Buying into their "brotherhood", which is all a cover for porn and a scam for outdoor certifications. This rabbit hole runs deep, and what I wrote in this, it's just the tip of the iceberg...

I do not often ask people to share anything I post, but I am asking you now. Please share this, please help me expose them to the public while I work with law enforcement to dismantle them before they do it again.
