Respectfully Mr. Logston, there are any number of trade-schools, Jr. Colleges and institutions, including "OJT" (on the job training), that willingly accept applications from all sorts of folks. Surprisingly, they too have certain entrance requirements for enlisting students. If you think this is not so...
contact any one of the post-high school institutions that are in business to train people for better jobs than "Jack-in the Box" or Wendy's. And yet, let's NOT forget that these jobs, (JIB, Wndy's, McD's, etc.), serve a vital purpose for our young people, and those who have yet to begin their "career training" in whatever field it may be.
In every endeavor, there is a "training period" during which a "candidate" learns more about his/her chosen field. Which value-field is it that requires "NO FURTHER EDUCATION"... other than those that are Legally Patrolled? And even there... can a thief continue endlessly without learning something about the "con game" or about stealing? I think not!
