they need trade justice - free trade simply benefits powerful corporations at the expense of local people. countries in the global south need to have the right to develop sustainably and not be exploited for their wealth

We can’t solve issue of global migration without fixing crisis of global inequality, climate change & conflict. Globally everyone can have right to dignified life - the world has enough wealth but it’s shared unequally

majority of people r fleeing conflict & originate from Syria, Afghanistan & most recently Iran as result of US economic sanctions & repressive Iranian regime. Benefits in france are also more generous but ppl seek safe haven to places where they have family. u would do the same

Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Israel and Egypt are all on the U.K. govts list of countries where human rights are a priority concern - all of whom the U.K. sells arms fuelling conflict & human rights violations which is a key driver of migration
