Hi @devd, @fmarier, and @mozfreddyb. Per #12, this (finally) is the pull request that does a "basic" conversion of the spec to Bikeshed, without any additional changes. There are some basic formatting changes that are more or less required by Bikeshed, but the content should be (nearly?) identical. Let me know how it looks to y'all.

hmm .. do we really want to merge this now or wait till we hit REC and then switch to bikeshed for v2?

Given that the Bikeshed conversion is in a separate file from the main spec, I'd prefer to commit the conversion now and just keep both specs in sync. That way we can all start taking a look at it. When we've moved to full spec, then we can replace spec.markdown with index.bikeshed.bs.

I'm OK with keeping both files in parallel, assuming that we will do no (or really only minor) edits to v1 ( the markdown/respec version).
Then, all future work will only happen in the bikeshed file.

Yes, what @mozfreddyb said :-) Make sure to still review it, though, to make sure it's a "just formatting" change that you don't feel like anything too major is being added.

I'm currently reviewing and will issue pull requests for your branch, so you can take them one-by-one. Doing this will update this PR.
