Manny Thank you Nicole! I'm so paranoid about those spoilers. You wouldn't believe the books where people say I've dropped spoilers. I think I'd better put a spoiler warning on my review of Critique of Pure Reason before someone complains that I've ruined everything for them by revealing that Kant believes the noumenal world to be nondeterministic. I'm sorry, that was very irresponsible of me but it just slipped out.
