How is the language and sexual content in this book?

Alex Bear It is all written very true to the times, and since the revolves around "ladies and gentleman" from the South, there is no harsh language. The narrator even apologizes for thoughts of spitting on a grave, so it is very PG.

As far as Sex, again, this revolves around Southern planters, so many children are born. As Ira Glass would say "they acknowledge the act of sex", but never go into any details.
