Edit #5: Hardcovers are **FINALLY** arriving at Barnes & Noble! So please check again if your local store didn't have United in stock on release day. (And don't be afraid to ask customer service to help you find it. The copies might be in the storage room.)
Edit #4: If you can't find the hardcover in your country, check your Kindle store. I made sure the ebook would be available in all territories. If you prefer a hardcover, Book Depository ships worldwide for free. :)

Alienated has to be one of my favorite YA books. It was sweet, charming, creative, funny, and an all-around feel-good story (imagine if Rory Gilmore hosted an alien exchange student – delightful, right?). Invaded was just as good, and I honestly wish the wait hadn’t been so long between it and United, as it kind of stole my momentum and excitement (that’s what I get for hounding for early copies, I suppose). At any rate, while United was an enjoyable end to the series, it didn’t blow me away qui

Definitely my favorite book in this series! I'm honestly so sad this trilogy is over.
This book was the most action-packed of the three, was the least predictable one and most importantly: Aelyx and Cara were together again after being apart for so long in book 2! So, only improvements if you compare it to Invaded!
This isn't one of the best trilogies of all time, but I am glad I read this. It was very entertaining and managed to keep my attention at all times. Cara is definite ...more

I think this is the first time that the last book in a series has been my favourite. But it's true! I loved United way more than the first two books, don't get me wrong, they were great, but this one just tied everything together and had such a great storyline that I could not put the book down. It was all so amazing, I'm very sad that the series is over.

Nice finish to previous two books.I cannot say which book among three was my favorite but I liked the first one probably a little bit more than its two sequels; however I’m satisfied with all three of them. All three are entertaining and kept me interested enough that I read them.
The third book wraps everything neatly and have enough actions to be good action sci fi. Characters are again very well processed and every situation or dialog happening between main and side line chara ...more
The stakes are increased in this final instalment, with an armageddon kind of story, with the humans and the L'eirh both being under threat from a third alien race, who seem to be aeons ahead in technology. Of course, there is nothing better than death threats to bring everyone together.
This very much felt like a scifi adventure, with tense action scenes where our characters fight for survival. I very much enjoyed it and the mystery behind these Aribol, with some very interesting details. Even i ...more

I am SUPER excited for this book to come out! And Aelyx is absolutely swoon-worthy!
The best part? It comes out in two weeks, August 2nd, which is my birthday so I will be treating myself to United on that day!

This book gives me life. I have been waiting for it to be announced for ages!! Come on, August 2016!
This was just the perfect ending for this series. <3

Vay canına ne kitaptı ama... Hele son 100 sayfa nasıl bitti anlamadım! Özellikle sonu, cidden beklenmeyen bir şeydi.
Dünya ve Leihr arasındaki keşfetme, yaşama, yeni hayatlar kurma ve her iki ırk arasındaki ilişkiyi geliştirme serüvenine Yabancı kitabı ile başlamıştık. Şimdi seriyi bitirerek Savaşçı kitabıyla bir nokta koyup ilk iki kitapta denenen ırklar arası iletişim ve ittifakın son macerasını okuyoruz.
Ancak sonunu çok soluksuz okuyoruz!

So... it's over. This is a bittersweet feeling. I feel accomplished that I finished another good trilogy but at the same time I don't think I was ready for my adventures with these characters to be over and I think the author wasn't ready neither. It was a nice conclusion, super fast paced and I really liked it. Sadly I could tell the author was told to put an end to the story within 300 pages and it felt really rushed at times. I'm still extreamly thankful that we got a conclusion though!! Beca

Wow, I'm pretty disappointed. This has been a young YA sci-fi series with very teen characters but this final instalment wasn't what I expected. It was somewhat repetitive in terms of the drama from the previous two books and the angst felt over-manufactured. I've liked both Aeylx and Cara in this series but even they frayed my nerves in United. The baddies were over-baddy! I definitely prefer Melissa Landers' more mature books in the same genre.

What happened? WHAT HAPPENED? I LOVED book 1. I really enjoyed book 2 as well. Why did this fall so flat for me? I don't get it. I loved the romance and the characters in the previous two books, but this book felt so different. I just found myself so bored throughout this book, and I found myself skim reading the middle. I can't put into words why, honestly. I just lost all interest in the story. The introduction of The Aribol, the colony, The Way, none of it pulled me in and Cara and Aelyx didn ...more

My expectations for this last book weren't too high. But I was pleasantly surprised. I had NOT expected the book to take this turn. And I'm glad it did! This book was probably my favorite in the series. I loved these characters, and I loved how new bonds and relationships formed in this last book.
So happy I read this series

Review:Okay, now that was an improvement in a book.
After those two previous excruciatingly terrible books, I was skeptical it was a good idea to pick this up. I had really really really low expectation that this book would be good. I didn't pick this book up immediately after the second book because I couldn't do that to myself. Let's just say I took a break. I had a decent time with other books and I was back with this one with only intention t ...more

To be honest, I'm disappointed by the cover. But it's only Cara's side that bothers me, and it's only one main thing. The orange. First, if compared to the other covers it just looks wrong. It feels wrong. The agmoshere that is presented is kind of cartoonish rather than YA-ish. Next, Cara's hair is orange and that makes for a major color clash issue when it comes to the background being orange as well. And finally her face. It's orange and not naturally or subtle either. In fact the more I look

Untitled is the third and final installment in author Melissa Landers Alienated trilogy. Landers once again alternates narratives between Cara Sweeney, and Aelyx from the planet L'eihr. Several years ago, Aliens arrived from the planet L'eihr and made first contact with Earth. In an effort to open up dialogue and form an alliance between the two worlds, the L'eihr's offered to help cure Cara Sweeney's mother of cancer. ...more

Thank God this was loads better than the last book. I was really concerned going in to this because the second book was such a let down, but this was so good. Aelyx and Cara are so cute together, and there were a lot of nice moments between them throughout the entire book, even when they were arguing sometimes. Syrine isn't my favorite character, but I could sympathize with her. (view spoiler)
