I’m getting excited now that January is near. Power Game features Ezekiel and takes place in New Orleans. The heroine has never been heard of before, but she brings with her new information for the Ghostwalkers that is critical and a game-changer to them all.

Janice Bolick Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

message 16: by Janice

Janice Bolick Love the new cover of Shadow Reaper. Counting the months.

message 15: by Janice (last edited Dec 09, 2016 07:56PM)

Janice Bolick I'd love to see Gregori in a Santa Claus suit, and I wouldn't...dare...laugh. I...know...I'd get bitten....if he were real.

message 14: by Janice

Janice Bolick Well, I'm watching the Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel, and listening to Christmas carols on CD. Also plan to start reading the various paranormal Christmas novels soon. Just bought a reprint copy of The Twilight Before Christmas, on Saturday.

Janice Bolick Saw a Black Russian Terrier --on TV--get 2nd place in his grouping, in a dog show. Beautiful.

message 12: by Janice

Janice Bolick I may never do Zumba, but if I...really...ran into shifters, or Carpathians... I really would run off my Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Thanksgiving!

message 11: by Janice

Janice Bolick Thank you much. With my old love of Star Trek, and Sci-Fi "world-building, it makes be curious about that kind of stuff. I have a book which has drawings of the internal organs, etc--and the external appearences of the various Star Trek alien races.

message 9: by Janice (last edited Nov 09, 2016 04:50PM)

Janice Bolick Just bought a copy of Leopard's Fury today at my local Barnes & Noble. didn't even have to beg for help in locating it, or for them to even display it...wow...

Janice Bolick Thank you much. I've often wondered about that. Also, at the end of Dark Wolf, I've often wondered at what point Gregori realized that he... had... to convert Gary, and how he really felt about having to do so. I understand for --whatever reason, converting a male was much harder, and dangerous, than converting a female...poor Paul.

message 7: by Janice (last edited Oct 26, 2016 07:46PM)

Janice Bolick Thank you much. That makes for fun story ideas for fanzine writing, or crossover stories--I'll never publish. I could picture my main female character-- and her invisible male shifter companion, she didn't even know was with her-- traveling to a paranormal universe, and that invisible shifter...in a falsetto voice...challenge the leader of that paranormal universe-- in some way-- scaring the main character, but making the leader laugh, and hug her.

message 6: by Janice (last edited Oct 22, 2016 08:37PM)

Janice Bolick I bet Dragomir would be a good mate for Emeline, though he'd scare me more than Zacarias, or Gregorl. I loved Val's gentleness with his very underaged lifemate, and his willing to wait for her to grow up, before he claimed her. I hope Nicu, and Siv will find lifemates soon, maybe...Genevieve and Amelia.

message 5: by Janice (last edited Oct 20, 2016 09:50PM)

Janice Bolick Just started a list on bibliocommons.com in my public library system called Carpathian Christmas Treats, with book ideas on the types of foods Carpathians might serve their human family members--and human friends-- if they ever had another Christmas party. Even chose books that would have garlic, but...sadly... no chocolate covered garlic.

Janice Bolick Love it that those Carpathian Triplets--unmated hunters, that they are--still seem to have enough compassion to create those stone dragons, that seem to be able to help those human children that had been traumatized by vampires. Also, that Tariq had enough love and compassion for them that he seemed to hate even the thought of having to convert them into Carpathians, when they were so young, and innocent.

message 3: by Janice (last edited Oct 20, 2016 09:33PM)

Janice Bolick Every time I look at the cover of Dark Secret, it makes me giggle, as the Carpathian looks like a "beach bum" to me--a "beach bum", I wouldn't want to run into on the shore, in the dark Though, of course, if he rescued me,,,say from a sea cave, of a volcano's lava tube--in real life-- well...maybe. I'd just hope he wasn't an unmated Carpathian hunter like Dragomir. That... would... scare me.

message 2: by Janice (last edited Oct 17, 2016 06:46PM)

Janice Bolick Taking Dark Carousel nice and slow, as I'm savoring it--more than half-way through -- Still reading Wild Rain --in Fever-- and greatly enjoying it.

message 1: by Athinia (last edited Dec 21, 2014 10:59AM)

Athinia Tandino I love everyone of your carpathian books...
I own all but the last one...
When I get to sit down and either read or write...
It's you and Mrs. Wilson that inspires me. One day my writings will be as good as Mrs. Wilson's fading lands series and your dark carpathian's series.

Thank you for being a great impact on peoples lives with your words.

Your friend Athinia
