This book states that most of our highly advanced systems systems (planes, computers, software, etc.) are so complicated that there isn't a single person in the world who knows how all of the components work.

Thanks :) I finally got my hands on a copy and am enjoying it immensely. I dont want it to end.
I'm a slow reader when it comes to actual hard copy print (A.D.D., no matter how good the book I can't read too long in a sitting) so I'm only a couple chapters in... but Pandemic is awesome so far!
