Orders will be filled from stock on hand. If your order contains items with different availabilities (listed in the table above and/or on individual product pages), please chose from one of the following options during checkout:
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to ship items as they become available, you will be charged "per shipment" fees for each shipment.
Order new and used books, tech products, or Husky gear online and pick up at select stores for free. When purchasing books, Husky gear, or tech products select “Pay online and pick up at our U District store” or “Charge & Hold” under “Step 1 – Shipping Options” in checkout. Once your item(s) are available, we’ll send you an email to let you know your order is ready. New and used books, Husky gear, and tech products may be picked up in their respective departments at the U District store.
For most schools, textbooks may also be purchased online and picked up at select University Book Store and/or campus locations for free. If available, this option will appear as “Charge & Hold” under “Shipping Preference” in your shopping cart. Textbooks will be held in the Textbooks department at University Book Store and/or campus location your school has chosen. If multiple pick-up options are available, you may select your preference during checkout.
Valid ID is required for pickup.
For in-store purchases, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on new and used books purchases of any dollar amount within the Continental United States (excludes textbooks). For online purchases, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on new and used books orders over $20 within the Continental United States (excludes textbooks).
Free book shipments are sent via USPS Media Mail. If you would prefer a faster method of shipment, you may upgrade to a different option at your expense. Free book shipping is only available for book-only orders. Shipping for all other items will be calculated according to standard rates.
Be aware that used textbooks sell rapidly and may not be available by the time your request is processed. If a used textbook is not available, we will either substitute a new copy or remove the item from your order, depending on the choice you select during checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: If a new textbook is substituted for a used textbook, you will be charged the new textbook price.
Same-Day Delivery is in Beta, and currently only available for Textbook purchases and rentals.

All other ZIP Codes must choose an alternate shipment method at this time.
Same-Day Delivery orders placed before 11am (PDT) will be delivered that day between 1pm-4pm, M-F only. Orders placed after 11am (PDT) will be delivered the next business day between 1pm-4pm. No cancellations on Same-Day Delivery orders. Any missing information may result in delay or cancellation.
Recipients must be available in person upon delivery to sign for Same-Day Delivery items. If you aren't there at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to the U District store.
