Damn, I could have done with this article back in January when I had to figure this myself out as a complete API newcomer: Getting unread mail details from Google Apps via 2-legged OAuth in .NET

The VB.NET code I ended up with is almost identical (due to its simplicity) though I didn't use LINQ in my solution as I was more interested in parsing the feed using XSL for an intranet portal.

Anyway, thanks for posting this, if only for the confirmation that what I'm doing is an expected (maybe even supported?) method.

Are you using a gmail.com account? 2-legged OAuth with the Gmail Inbox Feed can only be used with Google Apps domains.

If it still doesn't work, please capture the HTTP traffic with a tool like Fiddler and post it on the client library discussion group.

Hi Claudio, thanks for sharing this. However, my question is : How can a Google App admin access others' gmail through Google API? The impersonation api is available in Google Docs Api, but I cannot find any related to Gmail.
