It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.

Might want to move the votes to another questions. I don't think close questions are counted. – user277228 Aug 11 at 22:25

But people like this question. Why would they move their votes? – Lego Stormtroopr Aug 12 at 3:52
Closed questions don't count towards requirements – user277228 Aug 15 at 22:19
But people obviously think this question has merit - I understand that you can move votes, but you haven't made a compelling reason that people should move their votes. – Lego Stormtroopr Aug 15 at 22:29

@user277228 that's not how this process is suppose to work. By moving around votes just to get the proposal to the next stage you are more likely to hurt it as it will be poorly defined for the private beta. This proposal epically at risk for this due to a large amount of low quality example questions. – Dom Aug 13 at 3:22

A smart TV is not an IoT device. Just because a device can receive data from the Internet doesn't make it an IoT device. Troubleshooting TV firmware seems off-topic to me. – ColleenV Mar 10 at 18:21

This question isn't useful. Each protocol and each revision of the protocol uses different hardware and outside the normal components you would find in any device they don't overlap. – Dom Jul 14 at 2:40
