Contributor's License Agreement

For certain Twitter open-source projects, Twitter requires you or your employer accept and submit a Contributors License Agreement (CLA) with Twitter. In order to address the intellectual property license granted with contributions, Twitter must have a CLA on file that has been submitted by each contributor. The CLA is designed for your protection as a contributor; it does not change your ownership of your contributions. By accepting the CLA, you represent that you have the rights needed to grant Twitter a license to the code.
