The above sentence is not only incredibly ignorant, but also insulting to a large number of teachers who must struggle to work a second job over the summer. It represents a complete break with reality. It's also a pernicious lie that has been aired with increasing frequency, particularly in recent risible national "debates" about public teacher pay and benefits. I don't know exactly what your job entails, but I ask that you please quit. Leave.
