At MIT, students in architecture, urban planning, the arts, media, and real estate—the core disciplines of the MIT School of Architecture and Planning—are among the most creative and entrepreneurial at MIT. They have started over 1200 firms that are innovating changes in cities and the built environment worldwide. DesignX brings this tradition into the educational mission of the school.
