2 cups soaked almonds
4 cups water
3-4 dates (use more if dried)

Kale salad:
1 bunch of kale
1/2-1 small avo
2-3 tablespoons hemp seeds
2-3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 lemon
1/4 sauerkrautkk8
Tomato’s
Pinch of salt

Buddha bowls:
1 cup quinoa
1 head of Broccoli
1 large sweet potato
1/4 of a pumpkin
1 bell pepper
Tempe
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
Salt

Tahini sauce:
1/3 tahini
1/2 lemon
4 tbsp water
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
