Such a great place. Fantastic organic breakfast. Juice of the day, jam and omelette was delicious.

This was a great little find. Was with. Group and the Food and service was really good. Had the shrimp risotto and was fantastic. Would go back!

This is possibly the best one-starred restaurant I have been to.

From a purely gastronomical perspective I would be inclined to think that this establishment is of a much greater standing that its single star would suggest. Each course has been carefully engineered to deliver a unique range of flavours and textures that will awe even the most sophisticated palate. Furthermore, the quality of the ingredients and the creativity with which they are combined is matched by few (at least in this price range).

The service is somewhat below the standards I have come to expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. For instance, I noticed that there was an unseemly lapse of time between the moment the waiters brought the food to half of the people sitting at a table adjacent to ours and when the second half was catered for. In addition, they brought two dishes in the wrong sequence. Although it is hard to hold that against them as the waiters were extremely nice and smiling, this sort of occurrence certainly stands in the way to a second star.

I have rather mixed feelings regarding the setting. On the one hand, I found the decoration to be too generic and lacking personality. On the other hand, the sight makes up for this lack of charm and provide an astounding view of Lisbon.

Despite its shortcomings, I still think that this place deserves 5 stars given it provides a best in class gourmet experience at a very low price tag (low 100s without wine)
