    I never cared much for Harry Potter until recently when we started reading(listening) to it with the kids. Now I’m a massive convert and fan and I’m going to Harry Potter studios tomorrow and I could just die with excitement

    If you ask for peer/360 feedback from colleagues who will blow smoke up your ass – that’s cool. But if you want to get better, ask for feedback from those that will give it critically AND TELL YOUR MANAGER that you chose them for this reason
