How does this work?
Form Logic allows your organization to have a more nuanced submission form, so that submitters will only see certain questions if they answered previous questions in a specific way. This conditional logic feature enables you to start with a set of “qualifier” questions, with secondary questions only appearing to those who answer the qualifying questions correctly.
Additional Forms enables you to request follow-up information from submitters after they have already submitted a form or application. Get progress reports for grants, or send supplementary forms for applicants who have already been accepted into your program.
These Custom Add-on features can be added to any plan (and they’re included in Enterprise and VIP plans) to help you ask submitters only the questions that are relevant to them and to follow up with more questions later if needed.
